Local farmers are getting ready to showcase their best produce and so much more as the 麻豆传媒 Farmers Market gets ready to open the first week in May.
The Saturday Farmers Market officially opens on Saturday, May 3, from 8 a.m. to noon at 300 Beach St. (behind SideTracked Brewery). Meet your friends and neighbors at the Wednesday Mini Market located at 111 N. Green St. for opening day on Wednesday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Come visit with farmers and shop fresh, local seasonal produce, baked breads, local meats, assortments of egg varieties, vivid flowers, sweet honey, other farm goodies and locally crafted items. Both the Saturday Market and Wednesday Mini Market operate weekly through the end of October. Cash, SNAP/EBT Cards, WIC, and Senior Vouchers are accepted at both markets.
